Happy Birthday B1

A spin on the usual Birthday 长寿面线, which is traditionally cooked with pig kidney, liver, and egg. Check out my Abalone version. I placed the boiled noodles, cover them with thin slices of abalone, left over steamed broccoli and half-boiled egg, before pouring hot stock made with ikan bilis, ground garlic, ginger.
