Mutter brought this back from the farm today. We are not quite sure what kind of vegetable is this. Mutter says it is 芥菜 (mustard), then after we consulted Google... she now says it's 小白菜 (chinese cabbage).I thought it looked like 菊苣根 (chicory. Yucks!)
