Hoho... It's a condom case from the 1920s to 1930s. The 3 Merry Widows contained three condoms (I suppose one for each of the makers, namely Agnes, Mabel and Beckie) made from cement rubber (don't ask me, I have no idea either. GIYBF).

Apparently they were thicker...but reusable?! Too bad not reusable enough. I wasn't able to find any photo of ole Agnes, Mabel or even Beckie.
